A dedicated policy for this game
PlayTalkToTowerPrivacy policy
Effective · FlexiMax Interactive
PlayTalkToTower uses local saves, optional controller accounts, shared-game services, and gameplay diagnostics. This policy covers the current game controlled through its on-screen interface.
PlayTalkToTower is provided by FlexiMax Interactive. The sections below explain information used for solo play, online rooms, leaderboards, and available shop features.
Local play and browser storage
The game uses browser storage for progress, preferences, custom airspace, and a limited gameplay journal and upload queue. A random player identifier and session identifiers help associate diagnostic events across a play session. These identifiers are separate from your controller account.
Controller accounts and shared play
If you register, the service stores your chosen controller name, account identifier, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery reference, and session information. Registration does not require an email address. Keep your recovery code private.
Signed-in features store wallet balances, owned themes, purchase records, and verified scores. Other controllers can see your controller name and activity in shared rooms, and names and results on scoreboards. Shared-room state is temporary and ends when the room or service closes.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Sessions expire after 30 days, and signing out invalidates the current session. Account recovery invalidates existing sessions and replaces the recovery code. Clearing browser data alone does not delete a server account.
Gameplay diagnostics and feedback
The game collects gameplay diagnostics by default, including session and watch identifiers, airport and mode, commands and outcomes, routes and sampled aircraft positions, conflicts, fuel events, upgrades, performance measurements, technical errors, and structured feedback you submit. This helps us investigate bugs, tune difficulty, and understand how the game plays.
The diagnostic event format excludes passwords, payment credentials, controller names, email addresses, and raw IP addresses. Hosting and security services still process ordinary connection information. The current game does not offer an in-game diagnostics opt-out. Clearing site storage removes the local journal and identifier, but does not erase events already received by the service.
Optional purchases
When checkout is available and you choose a purchase, Razorpay processes the payment information you enter. The game service keeps order and payment references, the amount, credit award, and refund status to verify payment and maintain your wallet. FlexiMax does not collect your full card number through the game. Leaving checkout or clearing browser data does not cancel a completed payment.
Services and information sharing
Vercel hosts the web front end, and Railway hosts the shared-game service and database. These providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the service.
When the optional AI event director is enabled, TypeSafe receives a limited summary of the simulated game state to choose game events. Account details, payment information, and freeform custom-map content are excluded from that request. The game can continue using its local event director when the online service is unavailable.
Retention and deletion
Local saves and preferences remain until you clear site data or remove them using the game’s controls. Server gameplay diagnostics use a rolling retention period, configured to 90 days by default. Account, wallet, score, and transaction records remain as needed to operate the account, honour purchases, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by FlexiMax, email the privacy contact below with your controller name and the game involved. Do not send a password or recovery code. We may need to verify that the account is yours. Deleting local progress is not a request to delete the server account, published scores, or transaction records.
Support and privacy requests
Email [email protected] with the game name and your request. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, or full payment details.
We retain support information for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and exercise any other rights available under the law that applies to you. We may ask for enough information to verify a request.
Children and family privacy
Parents or guardians can contact us with questions about a child’s information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to FlexiMax, let us know so we can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current policy. Where required, a material change will also be explained in the game and any necessary consent requested.
